JFK 50-miler Training Schedule

 

Running helps improve person's health; and long-distance running helps clear mind; such as the JFK 50-miler. Normally one should prepare many months (link to runnersworld.com); but I did so for marathon last year; and I feel I can prepare in few weeks; with 6 weeks to go, my schedule is:
